Taqwa meaning and its benefits

Taqwa is an Arabic word, it is also an Islamic word that was mentioned in the Holy Quran more than 250 times. Taqwa meaning: Taqwa or piety (its meaning in English) is the basic principle of Islam. Taqwq as a word means “protection.” “Fear of Allah” is the description of Taqwa meaning. Always remember Allah. 4. Leaving Evil things and staying away from these evil things. 5. Humility and tending to be alone in order to think about Allah. 6. Fear of guilt. 7. Praying on time. 8. Complete Faith in the day of Judgement.

Attaining Taqwa has a great reward now and in the hereafter. And some of these benefits are: 1. Getting Allah’s satisfaction and his love: By applying Taqwa, one can get the satisfaction from Allah which is the target of all Muslims. 2. Protection from the Evil of Shyateen, as Taqwa is an impenetrable fortress against Satan and its whispers. 3. Good use of the Quran, as Taqwa facilitates the way to Allah and doing any good deed as reciting the Quran. 4. Allah will be with him all times to support him as Allah Almighty said in his great book:

إِنَّ اللَّهَ مَعَ الَّذِينَ اتَّقَوا وَّالَّذِينَ هُم مُّحْسِنُونَ

This verse shows one of the great benefits of Taqwa. 5. Also from the benefits of Taqwa that also describes Taqwa meaning is facilitating everything for a person who attains Taqwa. 6. Taqwa is the way to Barakah as said by Allah in his great book: وَلَوْ أَنَّ أَهْلَ الْقُرَىٰ آمَنُوا وَاتَّقَوْا لَفَتَحْنَا عَلَيْهِم بَرَكَاتٍ مِّنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْأَرْضِ وَلَٰكِن كَذَّبُوا فَأَخَذْنَاهُم بِمَا كَانُوا يَكْسِبُونَ We knew Taqwa meaning and it is time to attain it.
