Simple explanation of Surah Al Falaq:

1.Say “I seek refuge in Allah who is the Lord of the Morning.” Most interpreters explained the meaning of Falaq as the morning and it is the most reasonable explanation. There are also many other explanations that aren’t completely matching. So all believers seek refuge in Allah. 2.I seek refuge from any evil Allah has created. Allah Almighty has created everything, even Shyateen, and Jinn and we seek refuge in Allah from this Evil stuff. 3.And I seek refuge from the darkness when it starts. The word Ghasaq means the darkness of the night (or the Moon). This doesn’t mean it is always a bad time, but sometimes it is the time of increasing and spreading of diseases. 4.And from the evil of the blowers in the knots. Some witches and sorcerers practice magic by blowing in the knots. 5.And from envy when it is envied. “Envy” means wishing the disappearance of the blessings of others. And Our beloved Prophet Muhammad (SAW) said “2 will be in the fire Malevolent and envious people.”   see More : Surah Nasr
